Newbish Question (Regarding cons)
 

How long do mobs remain blue? Lets say a mob is even at 30, blue at 31. When does it go light blue? How long does it stay light blue? And does this remain consistent throughout the levels?

the range widens as you go up in level. At level 50 a lvl 38 is Blue. At level 10 a level 6 is green.
