Wizard guildmaster offers meditation to -4 wizards
 

The wizard guildmaster Tobon Starpyre in ak'anon lists meditation as trainable even before you gain level 4. Rather then list it as "LOCKED: level 4".


However, when you train it you get an error message. "error, skill at cap value, training failed"

You get your skillpoint back only after relogging.

This is a client side limitation. They are not going to go through the effort for now of trying to hack the client to understand that meditate is not available for training until 4. It's a lot of work to make client changes, and in this case for very little gain. 90% of players know when meditate becomes available and this may confuse a few people for a few minutes or so until someone in /ooc explains it to them.
