Rondo Dunfire

I have now killed Rondo Dunfire 6 times and his tongue has not dropped. (Uncommon) drop not dropping after 6 kills seems broken to me. i have the three other tongues from Butcherblock Mnts, two brothers and a sister.

Why wont Rondo drop his tongue. it should be instant and every kill. please fix and reward me the tongue

He will now always drop his tongue, but his respawn is slower.
Fixed, pending update.
