Xolon the cleric went to Regren in kelethin.

He wanted 4 things in the order i specify here
ruined wolf pelt, bat fur, bonechips, a spiderling eye.

I handed in -wolf pelt- and he jumped the gun by rewarded me with exp and a reward item before my character even handed in the 3 other prerequisites.

Maybe another PC unloaded onto regren 3/4 prerequisites and I just so happened to trigger him with ruined wolf pelt.

This script was recently rewritten, so whatever issues it might have had should be fixed next patch.
