Bilge Farfathom is supposed to be a level 30 goblin shaman. On P99 for some reason he is level 35.

Ok folks. I play on druzzil and here's what i know to be fact about the cauldron.

1. no set spawn for either goblin or flotsam and jetsam, or barnacle, or the slither fellow...

2. the rat flotsam drops that neato rat tail whip, barnacle drops a bone pauldron, and jetsam drops a pouch of bone dust expendable with 1 charge of invis to undead.

3. Bilge is level 30. He is the rarest of the spawns. I've killed him or helped kill him 4 times. getting the belt 3 times and seeing the kedge looted once. (i rolled a 4) He also drops the pre requisite bow and arrows, and some change.

4. Dwigus is level 35. He has been spawning ALOT more lately, and he ONLY drops the breast plate of the constant ingot. it looks like a bar of plat. I have killed or helped kill dwigus like 10 times... and he has NEVER dropped anything else.

I live in the cauldron. I have swam it, ran around it, levitate over it. talked to every npc in the zone. even killed the guys at safe camp to see if he's spawn. (heavy faction hits i'd avoid this). you CAN kill bilge solo if you are smart, at least level 30 and a druid. i maxed out my def buffs, damage shields, cast levitate, snared him, and ran around kiting for like 20 mintues. but it can be done.

Looks like Dwigus is level 35, did you perhaps mistake him for Bilge? If not, that may be the reason he was set at 35 mistakenly.

No definitely Bilge Farfathom cons white to a level 35 and should only be level 30.

Dwigus was removed after a bug report, so there's little chance he was confusing the two.

Bring Bilge down!

Yes, I read http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/n...m9689737022329 and see no indication he had a pet, and a couple of others from 2000 said he was level 30, so I am assuming all this is correct here and bilge needs to be deleveled to 30 here.

On p99 Bilge gets pet but not mages :)
