Bard NPCs (mail quests)
 

Hello everyone,

So I would like to do this quest:

I noticed the NPC was not there in Felwithe. I ran from South Ro to Innothule Swamp earlier and noticed that Andad Fila (the human bard guarding Innothule's entrance) wasn't there either. I was wondering if they were added later? When is that? Kunark?

Someone supposedly found evidence the mail quests weren't added until later... like 6mo after launch when the devs finally did a major patch to fix all the initial crap they left out or screwed up...

E.x. mag research

Wait so mage research wasn't in initially? How did they obtain research only spells? Were they sold by vendors?

He means it was the other way around

Magcian research was missing various spells at launch so magicians literally could not have a pet above like 30 or 34... I forget... until 6mo into the game when they added the spells to vendors.

People really need to keep in mind by time kunark landed a year after launch a very large amount of changes were made to fix all the goofs at launch.

Alot of this stuff was patched and fixed with the kunark expansion and subsequent patches the following months.
