Sands of Ro || Druid root neck

Anyone know if Sands of Ro drop from Sand Giants currently? Can't find a definitive answer on this.

Also does anyone have confirmation that the Druid root neck is in or not in the game currently?

The Warden Symbol of Tunare (root neck) part of the quest line doesn't come until Velious.

Wait til you find out that cultural armor isn't going to be as cheap this time around - the big gem requirements per combine for Tier'dal armor weren't in on blue til much later than they should have been.
