Prices seem a bit high. I bought BoD and Lich already for 2500 and 2k respectively so I only need Invoke and Cackling, however I won't go above 2500 on Cackling.

Verdentsells or something like that. Guessing it was his or the guild's vendor bot. I wouldn't call them cheap, but it was a fairly good deal.
