Loginserver Accounts password reset
 

I am currently trying to login to my station account after changing passwords from the P99 website. However now when I try to log into the game it says DB Error - Invalid password.

Now

First I try to reset my Loginserver Accounts password

I click reset password so it will send me a SMS to my phone

Now it prompts me to this page (never sending me an SMS)

Will I be able to return playing on my character?

Same!!! After trying a few times it blacklisted my phone number! I am locked out of my account and cannot raid.

Really hopping this gets solved,
since the "Reset Loginserver Passwords" isnt working...
Will I lose all my characters?
Could I transfer my main to my new account (Just created due to old acct not working)
If that is possible that would be great.

My phone number is blacklisted...along with a few others I tried using. This is a joke.

Yeah I would have never changed my password if I had know the reset system didn’t work.

It seems like the reset password via sms is not working or the server is down.. not sure what the problem. Just hopping We can play our accounts again. I know they are most likely busy with other issues. So this might take some time to get solved.

i also am unable to receive an SMS password reset. clicking the continue button leads me to an error 500 notification page.

What about a Google voice #?

I think I linked a few of these to the system when it was introduced.
