Glowing mask drop problems (teal)

Currently I have been killing the scryer and the skeletal monk in upper guk. I have easily killed the skeletal monk 20 times and the scryer maybe 10 without a single drop of the glowing mask. Does anyone know for certain that it drops?

It shouldn't drop. Solro stuff is months away. Staff probably patched it out the other day if it wasn't out already.
