Came back after a long break and my chars gone?
 

My brother threw me a bunch of gear and then I never used it really. I figured I'd log on after a long haitus, and I saw there were no chars.

What can I do?

I checked your post history, you applied for an exemption and listed a couple accounts. One you have listed as your brother's, the other listed as yours. Your account has two deleted characters which were both deleted during the great purge of inactive lower level characters.
