Is anyone else having problems with logging in on the main login server? (not project1999)

It says: "a connection could not be reached. Please check your internet connection to make sure you are online"

the server info page says it's up:

So I wondered if anyone else is having this problem? It's obviously not my internet connection, because I'm able to post this.

Yes I'm having a similar problem. 1017: Something about not being able to connect to the patch server. The one I could have sworn I just updated. Dunno.

Considering the lack of replies and full server, It must be something on my end after all.

My only problem is quick connect sometimes connecting me to a locked server.

Well I can't seem to figure out what causes this. Everything is working fine, except everquest.
