Can't attack spectre's that go into the water
 

I fought a spectre in OOT and it started to run and it got in to the water and now I can't hit it at all?????

I tried having levitate on levitate off, in the water on top of the water litearlly standing right next to it it just says "you can't see your target from here." when I have PERFECT line of sight.

to attack or cast on target in water you have to BE IN the water too. Cannot just be on top of it you must be below the water surface.

I tried under water as well I even took Lev off can't hit the specs
I can hit the globin
