When do the craftable armors drop?
 

Not Crafted (Temple of Sol Ro era) - but craftable. Wu's and Fine Plate and the like.

When do these get added to the game? I know it was a good while in but I wanted to do some planning with bank space etc.

I'm planning on skilling up on Wu's. If I know when the recipes are active, I can determine how much bank space I should devote to purchasing the dropped components (silk swatches, mainly) and when, so I can start skilling up immediately post-patch instead of competing with all the other prospective tailors and getting price-gouged by all the tunnel rats that are capitalizing on the new demand.

There's no point hoarding 20 stacks of silk swatches for 6 months.

wu's isnt available until velious with the exception of the gloves i think

Wu's Gauntlets were released just prior to Plane of Hate in Sept 1999. So March time frame? I was just at the Brownie camp in LFay. They don't have the level 12 spell Thicken Mana spell available yet, so noboday is able to make a key component of them.

Fine Plate was Kunark era I believe.
