Necro Life Tap not landing on Dragons
 

Necro life tap was nerfed some time ago on blue because of the exploit of the item on blue.

This is not an issue on Teal or Green.

As the one Lure spell necros have for raids, it does not land on Dragons currently.

This very much reduces Necros raid viability in an era before twitch, etc.

Can this unclassic change be changed back to allow necros to use their lure spells in raids, since the items dont exist on green that were broken?

I know the dragons are belly casters, and thats not the issue at this time.
