/pet who leader should only work on YOUR pet

The "/pet who leader" command only worked on your own pet, not other people's.

Post from 2002 showing it still did not work this way even in Luclin:

I've seen pets wandering around before. Sometimes I'll shout asking who it
belongs to. Would be nice if /pet who leader worked for people other than
the owner of the pet....

I'd recommend more evidence since this is regarding an enchanter animation. Classically, enc animations wouldn't even respond to /pet report health, and possibly even /pet go away. Wouldn't surprise me if /pet who leader didn't even work for the owner of an animation.

"/pet who leader" = will make the pet tell you who the leader is. Seems to somewhat broken, since it only works on your own pet and hitting F1 twice will show you your pet faster byt the blinking name over it.
