Minor Illusion - JBoots
 

I'm not sure if this is a bug or intended but Minor Illusion is overwriting JBoots on Blue.

Is that it? Its odd that 'real' roots don't wipe any speed buffs. It must be considered a snare.

Clearly it is a snare as it reduces movement speed and not spell affect root.

Thanks for clearing that up for me, I guess it was more a question than anything.

Ghoul root wipes out SOW.

I guessed if it rooted before I looked it up revealing the snare, I simply remember enchanters spinning with this spell never running around as a chair for example.

Yes, snares overwrite movement speed buffs on Green/Teal as do roots.
