Perhaps someone got a hold of your account somehow. When is the last time you logged in, and what were you doing when you did?

you prob did something to warrant the suspension/ban staff here don't make mistakes when it comes to account bans closures etc

Not entirely true. Few years back my account got banned once because I did a transfer for someone who got banned for RMT. GMs were reasonable tho and reversed it once they looked into it for me. So mistakes can happen, although they tend to be right 99% of the time.

What is your char name? I have a guild mate who had his account banned temporarily until he petitioned and they changed his name. Then was unbanned.

If you have a questionable name it could be that.
