I have no idea what the details of this agreement are, but I'd be curious what your definitions of competitive and casual are. <RenamedGuild> probably has a smaller roster than Kittens or TSS, doesn't raid 24/7, and doesn't compete for every mob. Sounds pretty casual to me.
