I think any reasonable person would agree player made agreements between guilds no longer apply to players once they leave the guilds involved in those agreements. Are you seriously suggesting player made agreements between guilds should bind players to those agreements in perpetuity, even if they are no longer members of those guilds? That would literally lead to complete stagnation on the server as no new guild would be able to recruit players that had ever been a member of guilds in previous agreements.

What? By this logic if an AG member leaves for Riot then they can't go after a mob that week if AG had conceeded the spawn to Riot. The agreements are between guilds, individual members leaving the guilds aren't subject to the agreement anymore. That's why people have had unguilded farm teams and shit.
