Illusion: Dark Elf will get you in, no problem.

If you’re not a level 12+ enchanter, you can make a level 1 Dark elf, drop-transfer a few minor gems, buy the spells you want, and drop-transfer them to your other character. Same for any spells that are only sold by certain merchants.
