Phantom leather line of spells question
 

Hi, does the phantom leather line of spells work correctly. Looking at the wiki it should increase HP regen but doesn't seem to? Am I mistaken?

Does anybody have any input?

HP regen was added post-Luclin I belive.

Uh-oh, it says "note: This spell does not increase HP regen until April 2000 era."

The other ones don't have that note, though, so maybe they do, in fact, give hp regen.

Phantom chain does not. I imagine they all are given it at a later date.

The HP regen comes in during Kunark. Sometime at the end of this year.
