Returning Player:Blue or Green?
 

I'm a returning player with a full account of characters on blue, most in the 50-30 range. I see the population on Green is about twice that of Blue, and was wondering if I should pick up my blue characters, or make new(or copy) characters to play on Green. What are the pros and cons? What would you do?
