Project 1999 - Game Mechanics: Shissar Elementalist's Cane Should Be On Hoshkar's Loot Table But Currently Isnt

This item doesn't seem to exist on P99 and it should.

Also on a personal evidence note I looted this item on my wizard on the Bristlebane server and he still has it in his bank. I remember the discussion at the time with other wizards was often about how much 'better' the 1hander from Hoshkar is compared to the 2hander.

Conclusion:

Hoshkar should drop both the Cane and the Staff for Wizards. 1HB and 2HB.
