hey guys I followed all the steps etc this screenshot is what i see basically

When you installed the patch you overwrote the folders instead of just the specific files within them. Re-install the game, and apply the patch by copying the contents of the folders into their destination and overwriting the existing files (not overwriting the folders themselves and wiping out all their contents).
