Hard to confirm if its a bug, just a heads up, i beleive this staff should be dropping in hate, after a couple days it looks like its not back on its drop table (forsaken revenant)

As far as I know there hasn’t been a patch, and that item will always have a chance to drop.

Roger comes with hate and eventually changes mobs in 2.0, we will keep looking id be surprise if server dosent see it for many more days.

Should be dropping of the male forsaken revenant atm if its in game.

Saw a mage with this already

His name is Taxmin a magician in <Lineage>. Ask him about it. Server first.
