On the tooltip it says 46, on the actual page it says 5 ��*♂️

Any velious quest armor is clickable at lvl 5.

Untrue. Sow Boots for DRU from thurg unable to be clicked at liek 25.

Bracer however can be. Unsure on legs/bps.

Ah, I see your confusion now. There are two places to update the level in the wiki template, and it looks like someone only updated one.

I fixed the other just now.

There's a very easy fix for that ... :D

yup, I've fixed the stuff I've confirmed myself. but there was just so much wrong in the 2 classes I've played - can't imagine what there's different in all the others
