Cheapest book you can equip
 

Hello, what is the cheapest book you can equip for a caster? I like the look. And if there is more then one, which are they? Ty ty

Black tome with silver runes is pretty cheap. I believe like 80-100

Words of Darkness is a super easy necro quest

Also, as someone with a level 30 Necro, is it even worth taking the time to get that item? Because I imagine that in four levels when I get Call of Bone I'll never want to cast Allure anymore ... or will I?

I use the book when I'm running from place to place or want to afk. But I also tend to Lich death like a couple times a month so I guess it depends on how much you pay attention. It's an insta clicky too so nice for a dummy buff slot if you don't anticipate needing to lich for a while.

Book of Obulus is an open book.

About Words of Darkness... It's clickable from inventory (by Necros) and instant cast. No target required either. A good gcd reset item imo.
If already using another form of lich it won't do anything I assume. Which is fine for its purpose.
I have the items but haven't turned it in yet to get the words of Darkness. So maybe there's some error on my part.

Words of Darkness is clickable from inventory, clickable indoors (JBoots can reset GCD outdoors), and won't overwrite CoB or any other lich. While I wouldn't say it's a "must have", it is definitely helpful.
