Undead Blacksmith - Dalnir
 

I've killed him 5 times today and all he has had is the quest hammer and bonechips...apparently he is suppose to have another common drop (enforcer) and a rare drop (tattered leggings). In 5 kills I have only seen the quest hammer, no enforcers or tattered leggings. Here's a link below that has some proof of this.

Update:

Killed him twice this morning. The first time he just had a Sarnak Enforcer and 1 bone chip (no quest hammer) and the second time he had nothing equipped. When looted he had the tattered leg wrappings and a bone chip (no quest hammer either).
