Right, on your server, people agreed to rotate mobs. That wasn't the case for every server. So yes, if we all agreed on a rotation, it would be classic. I highly doubt any of the top guilds on this server are going to do that. Which is also classic.

Riot leadership makes an effort to play by the rules and offers concessions when we screw up, without fail and without stalling.

They also don't go for certain targets to allow other guilds breaking into tov to have opportunities. All it takes is leadership from another guild, which doesn't train the hell out of Riot all the time, to ping leadership in Riot and agreements are made or targets ignored for the sake of that other guild to have some enjoyment. The overwhelming majority of Riot are completely acceptable to this.

If there is even the slightest hint of impropriety, Riot concedes the target and moves on.

How about GM's make a new rule that Riot splits all loot with the petitionfest whiner guilds that actually do the things Riot is accused of?

Will that sate your inability to compete and stop this madness?

ToV competitive clearing is fun and much more enjoyable to a stupid "FTE OURS" login and logout game.
