Is it safe to assume that the Goblin Preacher in Permafrost is almost always camped?

No

only thing thats probably almost always camped is the alchemist because people are willing to sit there for hours and hours at maybe a chance at a cloak worth 1k, and jailer because root nets are op

Root nets arent as op as they used to be. Its open all the time. Preacher is camped only like 10% of the time I head there. Alchemist is usually camped bc of cloak. Other good spawn is archaeologist which has ok WR bag + mask that sells for 500pp.

He's never camped, like ever. I PL a lot of friends there and I rotate back and forth from Archaeologist and Preacher -- neither are ever camped and I've never had anyone move in on either camp. Usually stock up on the Cold Iron Maces and pass them out to low level barbarians in Everfrost.
