Lull line of spells does NOT consider cha
 

I'm getting some ridiculously absurd resists for lull [the mechanic], lately. I'm targeting blues (although I read that lull shouldn't even consider level; not sure if that parts true or not) with 198 cha and it's resisting 75% of the time.

This is not just a stroke of bad luck, but always. Lull is broken and does NOT consider cha. It's as resisted as when I'm naked and buffless than when I have nearly 200 cha as an enchanter. Can anyone confirm?
