A good thing that happened today: I bought a pint of ben and jerry's mint chocolate cookie (my five year plan includes becoming a big fat ball of shit) and there was like an entire intact cookie right on top.

I turned 36 today, not much of a accomplishment but I’m happy about the porketta shoulder roast I prepped yesterday.

theres a show on netflix called american barbeque showdown they emphasize the importance of brine before you cook, 24 hour marinade

they use little mops for bbq sauce, great show to watch when you are blasted out of your fucking skull on weed

Valve cover on yesterday. No leaks today.

I made it to my hair appointment, albeit a little late.

My family got better at "internet schooling" 004!

Agreeing on this. I'm not 100% Keto, just Keto-lite. But cutting out bread-as-a-regular is a win.

Yeah but like, I want to eat ice cream with cookies in it. Seriously though I've actually done keto before and it completely works, but it's almost winter and it's getting cold so I enjoy fattening up like an actual bear.
