Druid can train meditate before level 9
 

I'm a level 2 druid on green and went to spend my 5 points to try and buff my Sense Heading when I noticed that Meditate wasn't listed as level capped. I clicked it just to see what would happen and got the message "Error: Skill at cap value, training failed." but it looks like the value persisted.

Upon relogging the points in meditate aren't and they were refunded to my total so it looks like it's just a display issue.
