Missing Character

I have a character missing from account Arieal. I play on the green server. I played one night and the next day she was gone. Can I get her back pls.?

Fuck almighty did you misspost this. Should have been in the petition forums near the bottom. Make a strong password with uppers, lowers, numbers, and characters so you don't get hacked.
