Runed Fighters Staff DPS nerf
 

Is the RFS getting nerfed at any point during Green's timeline? If I understand correctly, its damage bonus gets reduced after a relatively short while.

Is it true and if so, when is it supposed to happen, and by how much does it gets reduced?

You're talking about primary hand damage bonus. This is why people say go for a faster prim hand weapon. I am not sure what it is or what it will be. It does change at least once during timeline. Maybe it was after timeline, but I do remember 40+ delay 2 hand weapons getting a boost at some point.

RFS is a fun toy for 1-30 due to damage caps. It's nice but not a huge improvement over the IFS that replaces it. At 50+ as a tank or solo monk, Tstaff is preferable. If not, just go dual wield to do more damage and not get aggro.
