How is it that no warrior on the server has the 41% haste belt of the four winds? No Efreeti belts? Could this possibly be broken on any of the nobles dropping belts? If someone could look into this I would appreciate it because I find it highly unlikely no warriors would have a belt at this point unless its broken.

Gaussian Effect, will be a streak of multiple belts at some point in the near future to normalize the statistical curve of what you probably consider “unlucky” RNG.
