Outside of these boards.

I don't want a support group or some biased nonsense that is going to try and 'help'.

I want some serious realism, pragmatism, objective, harsh opinions.

I don't care how 4chan feels. They don't interest me and I don't think that 4chans opinions are based in reality or productive a lot of the time.

We all need attention.

Talked to a professional psychiatrist today and a real MD primary care yesterday. Psychologist tomorrow.

Family is a bad option. For real good reason.

But yeah, normally your advice would be amazing and perfect.
