Theres a bunch on the server they sell for less then 10k in EC all the time.

Shrug. He didn't really comment on the price or challenge the fairness of the sale IMO. For all we know, the OP is looking for significantly less than 10k. The fact that there are a bunch on the server also doesn't mean it's not extremely rare. There are a bunch of Tranquil Staffs, and they're extremely rare.

Didn't mean to, no. I'm just saying, the OP didn't say how much he wanted. So if someone comments on its typical going price, it's not really challenging anything.
