Could this be looked into again, please? I would argue that this should be fixed to do damage, not regenerate the target. The research of course (well, the linked post), does show that it is "bugged" (and this is "classic"), but because there are non-classic fixes and mechanics on Green 99, why not fix a spell that is intended to damage its' target? Is there harm in doing so? I don't know how complicated it would be to fix, however.
