Based on the green prices I see on the Wiki, you can probably find a few of the lower cost pieces like gloves on merchants. Lazy people will sell them for 400ish pp to the merchants instead of players for 600ish pp. Check the east commons merchants, you may get lucky.

Most of the people auction them, I see them on the green99 tunnel discord, then are gone by the time I get on.

Might be on vendors, true.
