Soulbound Keys

I looked on the EQ Timeline page and it states the date when Kunark zone key (e.g. HS and Seb) becomes soulbound is 2/5/2021. Obviously it hasn't happened yet. Anyone have any idea as to when it will actually happen?

Probably the next time they run an update. Next month is probably a safe bet?
