the difference today is a controlled hyper/ultrasonic is next to impossible to maintain air defenses against. by the time your human controller is notified that a missle is incoming, then its already too late to to make an effective response.

conventional ICBMs fly an extremely predictable flight path due to their nature of being ballistic - if you know what that means than you understand. nuclear ramjet hyper/ultrasonic missles can change their flight path at random, or come back at a later time if it detects strong defenses, or it can hug the ground like a cruise missle.

If you're upset. It most likely has to do with some personal issues or problems you have which u are then projecting outward onto others. This is the general excuse and basis for government. That the other guys are always the problem, and so u have to have a centralized authority because you're forced to. Because without that the other guys with a centralized authority would hurt u some more.

When in fact, the problem is, you don't know how to live, or have a reason of your own to live. So again you're subject to the former rule of authority.
