Whether or not it's enough to change the outcome is the pertinent question, but let's be honest we don't fucking know, and never will. And that cuts both ways. Maybe dem districts cheated more in 2020, maybe republican districts cheated more in 2016. Speculating with any kind of certainty in either direction is kind of retarded for any layman.
