National guard cannot build chassis for semi truck trailers. National guard cannot help with ports. National guard cannot hire more truck drivers or improve their working conditions to make more want to work in that field.

The ports have spaces rented by shipping companies and they store containers and chassis there but many times those chassis and containers are in the wrong place, the ship is not being unloaded there. They wont share them between companies, either. So there are hundreds or thousands of these chassis, laying there, that could be used. They wont share though.

Thats most of the problems. There are literally no trailers to put the containers on to haul em away. Then, theres a container shortage too. Then, theres a driver shortage, too. Trucks are out there but they sitting in lots, unable to go.

Companies are building the chassis for the trailiers but they can only make like 100 a week, nationally.
