NOTE: I am not an MMA/self-defense expert, but from watching some vids on street fights/self defense, standing up from being knocked prone is one of the most vulnerable times to being kicked or kneed in the face. There are a few ways to time and do it that are generally safer but I won’t get into them here. But going up to one knee and standing results in your head being their knee level and pushing off the ground from your hands means your hands are down and your head is exposed. A lot of serious damage knockouts come from someone trying to stand up during a street fight

Even when prone, from watching MMA, you have a good amount of defense being on your back and keeping your legs facing your opponent. Anyway, just some fight stuff I noticed. Any jiu Jitsu experts can take over

All these moves you see kids doing on r/brutalbeatdowns today, was shit you saw criminals doing in prison fight videos 10 years ago.

It was a fight in a school.... we have systemic attacks on Asians in the street; some in fact getting killed... all because Trump fanatics blame China for Covid (Trump constantly reminds his followers to hate China and as the party that attracts the KKK... his followers are all too willing to oblige apply their racist hate crimes).
