I'm saying you should aim to avoid playing into identity politics.

You're saying (I think) that it happens no matter what. Which is true. If you know a certain demographic likes you, you're going to lean into that.

But at the end of the day, it becomes divisive when you focus your full attention into one demographic.

We shouldn't have the "Only White People Should Be Provided For" party. That's identity politics.
