hey sooner than later, you're going to be able to have an actual T'Pol android

seriously whichever company puts a legit AI into a silicone robot is going to blow Amazon out of the water, (at first) not only would it be your sex toy, but it would also mow the grass, make dinner, do the shopping, clean the house, and literally any other task you want.

then the company will go out of business because humans no longer need to do anything at all

futurama called it

probably someone before them too

the robot sex toy doesn't interest me actually. i'm hoping for the ghost in the shell timeline where everyone has access to smoking hot android bodies though. but the brain inside it better be a biological female or it's gay as fuck (lol.)

ghost in the shell tech for humans would be the same result, after machines can keep the brain alive indefinitely, the brain would lose all the motivations that keep our physical bodies alive, like working, shelter, eating, mating. 95% of all of our lives is the maintenance of these 4 factors.

sure, you can jump off a building and land on the street below, after you do that 100 times, the novelty will wear off and you'll be bored again.

IMO once "brain in a jar" tech becomes real, most of all humans will choose to live in a virtual matrix-style fantasy world, in all likelihood each brain-in-a-jar will have its own custom tailored virtual reality, which is dynamic, unpredictable and imperfect, this will keep the brain engaged.

just like The Architect explained to Neo.

you're less fun to talk to while conducting a experiment on how much beer is okay to drink now that you have to eat prozac at regular intervals.

now i just got a wicked buzz + the big sad at the possible future of humanity

None for 1 year

You are a moron Jib:

June 3, 2016, Mosier, Oregon: A train carrying Bakken crude oil from Newtown, North Dakota, to Tacoma, Washington, was traveling at 24 mph before it derailed. A total of 16 tank cars derailed, three of which caught fire, as approximately 50,000 gallons of crude oil leaked.

April 30, 2017, Money, Mississippi: A stationary train with 114 tank cars loaded with crude oil was struck in the rear by a freight train. One tank car released oil, and the resulting fire engulfed a new and purportedly safer model DOT-117 tank car even thought it was not breached. This was the first known incident involving a DOT-117 tank car.

June 22, 2018, Doon, Iowa: A train that originated from Alberta and included 98 tank cars loaded with 2.4 million gallons of crude oil was traveling at 48 mph when it derailed. Thirty-five DOT-117 tank cars went off the tracks, 10 of which were breached in the incident, releasing about 160,000 gallons of crude oil. Some of the released crude oil entered the Little Rock River.

December 22, 2020, Custer, Washington: A train traveling from North Dakota derailed in Whatcom County. Three of the 10 cars that derailed leaked crude oil and caught fire. The fires burned on the ground for over two hours, while the fires in the railcars burned for eight hours. Nearly 29,000 gallons of crude oil was spilled.

Oh please Republicans - Dec 2022 - A total of 207 House Republicans voted against a bill mandating seven paid sick days per year for rail workers.

Worse Trump killed an Obama's order for train safety.

Jib when you going to wake up the Republicans are after your social security that you are desperately collecting now to survive. I get it you were brainwash to love Republicans but you are just yelling at clouds all day.
