The goverment is backwards.

The goverment shouldnt mandate anything, it should incentivize it.

it should have programs that say if you got vaxinated you get tax write off

if you make it a year without catching covid you get tax write off

if you have a low BMI you get tax write off

if you spend little energy at home tax write off

no taxes for the good

not taking

no forcing you

taxes for the bad and lazy

We are possibly already at a point where the government no longer keeps the powerful in check, if it ever did. So while some of the tax money may go towards helping people. It doesn't go towards empowering people or freeing them from the powerful. And much of that taxation is wasted on attempting to control the weak. It's not absolute or black and white.

I can respect people tired of paying taxes. And others wishing to pool their resources to form an alternative collective. Or to try out competing the powerful or the government.

I cannot tell you what is best. Or true. Or right. I wish we were freerer and more individually powerful and independent and less trapped by this gravity well and the dominion of the old world governments and powers. I wish absolutely everyone was on a much more even playing field. So that one person can only decide the fate of themselves. Not millions.
