Actually lines up more with a long period of silence about it. Obviously he may have had some qualities she admired because she chose to work for him. Usually it’s a combination of fear sprinkled in with sometimes self-blame (for the assault) causing concern for what would happen to the assailant that keeps people quiet

Had she despised Biden prior, she would have been more likely to come out with the info quickly IMO
